I have sensitive ears what are the earring post and wires made of?

All of the metal used on my earring posts, hoops and wires are hypoallergenic and nickel free stainless steel/surgical steel.

I have insanely sensitive ears and cannot wear anything with nickel so I have picked only the best for my fellow sensitive ear sisters!

How heavy are your earrings?

Truth be told I often forget that I am wearing earrings when I have them in, they are that light. Although some of my earrings are larger design, rest assured that each earring is so lightweight which helps with sensitive ears that get angry with heavy earrings.

My largest and heaviest pairs of earrings weigh in at less than a 1/4 of an oz. for the pair.

How durable is polymer clay jewelry?

Polymer clay is very durable and even flexible however please do not bend your earrings on purpose. If something happens and your earring breaks please contact me via email and we can work on a solution on a case by case basis.

It is best to travel with them in their rigid box to minimize the risk of breaking them.

How should I care for my pieces?

Sometimes when you wear the larger earrings makeup may rub off on your earrings, if this happens simply use a gentle cloth and wash gently with a mild soap and warm (not hot) water.

Do not leave your polymer clay jewelry in a hot car or direct heat for a long time.

Probably best to remove your polymer clay jewelry when swimming, showering or sleeping.

How quickly do orders ship?

All pieces are made to order. Please allow 10-14 business days for your items to ship and larger orders can take longer as well as orders placed during the holidays or launches. Please except longer shipment times for larger or custom orders or during market or holiday season!

Unfortunately once your package is in the hands of the carrier it is in God's hands. Please note that Hazel n Blue is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages.

If you need an item by a certain date- please contact me before placing the order to ensure it is a feasible timeline. I will try my best to get you your items on time if it is within reason.

What is your return policy?

As for the handmade nature and sanitary reasons I do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final, thank you for understanding! 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If something sadly happens to the earrings in transit please contact me within 5 days of receiving them and we can work on a solution to replace or fix the damaged earrings. 

Please keep in mind that all pieces are hand-crafted; as a result, they may have slight variations from the sample photo. There also may be slight imperfections. Although I try my absolute best to minimize these, it is impossible to make them 100% blemish-free due to the nature in which they are created. Please know that I inspect each piece before I ship them out, and will never send you a piece that has any major imperfections.
